PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a film member from being broken by interposing it between a plate member and a rib by the vibration, the drop, etc. at its physical distribution time about an ink tank which an energizing force is operated on a flexible film member through a plate member, and is made into vacuum state at ink in a film member. SOLUTION: The straight linear rib 50 is provided except for the portion (broken line section A) corresponding to the corner region of the plate member 12. Thereby, even if the plate member 12 is moved toward the corner region upon the reception of the acceleration by strong impact, it can inhibit that the film 13 is interposed between the plate member 12 and the rib 50 to be broken.
