PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrinkling on a surface of coating, and generation of a space between joined faces of half-cylindrical bodies by preventing the coating covering an outer periphery of an outer tube from being partially caught between the joined faces of the half-cylindrical bodies composing a pipe joint. SOLUTION: The outer tube constituting this flexible tube is a bellows-shaped tube, and covered by the synthetic resin coating 13c at its outer periphery, and the pipe joint is composed of a pair of half-cylindrical bodies 21, 22 divided into two along a central axis, and externally fitted and fixed. The pipe joint comprises one or a plurality of annular projections 23f for holding the outer periphery of the outer tube at its inner peripheral side, and a plurality of recessed portions 23g are formed in the circumferential direction of an inner peripheral side of the projections 23f to receive the part extruded in holding the coating 13c covering the outer tube.
