PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of a sill groove for an elevator capable of preventing passengers from being confined in a car in trouble which is caused by foreign matter caught between a pin and the sill groove in door opening operation. SOLUTION: A cleaning part 6A is provided at the lower part of both ends in the door opening/closing direction of the door 1 of an elevator device 1. The cleaning part has a shaft rod disposed so as to be orthogonal to the vertical surface in parallel to the opening/closing direction of the door, the pin 10a which is mounted so as to be turned on the vertical surface around the shaft rod and provided so that the tip end of the one end side 21b comes close to the bottom surface of the sill groove 4, a brush 9a disposed so that the tip end comes close to the bottom surface of the sill groove 4, a spring disposed so as to energize the other end of each pin, and a stopper disposed so as to regulate turning in the door closing direction of the other end side of each pin 10a.
