The method for the combined treatment of nasal cancer and cancer of the paranasal sinuses comprises the administration of chemotherapeutic drugs in the setting of radiotherapy. In addition, inhibitors of topoisomerase are administered intra-arterially: in the beginning, Irinotecan is used at a single dose of 100 mg, and then Doxorubicin is administered once a week at a dose of 10 mg throughout the course of the treatment.
