A film heater arranged as insulation film with heating elements, current lead. The heater has housing that is hermetically fixed in perimeter, it is made of multi-layer thermo-welded film inside which heating elements are placed, those are fixed on it and covered with other film. At that heating elements are made of carbon-graphite thread and connected in parallel to each other, and current lead is made of electric cable with double insulation, with decorative foil made of electro-conductive material, for instance aluminum, at that inlet of cable to heater is filled with hermetic.
