<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting member on a corner which is relatively small and simple in structure and easily installed while assuring excellent fixing strength. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting member 10 on a corner is used for installing a handrail 102 to a corner portion 18 having wall surfaces 16A and 16B with a right angle between them and also having a column 14 at the rear side of an intersection 16C of the wall surfaces. Additionally, a main body 1 having two adjoining surfaces 17A and 17B contacting to two wall surfaces 16A and 16B, respectively; an arm 6 for installing the handrail which has with an almost L shape from approximately the center of the surface of the main body 1 having a front shape similar to a circle; two fixing screws 2A and 2B at an upper portion; and one fixing screw 3 at a lower portion are furnished. The two fixing screws 2A and 2B at the upper portion are inserted to the main body 1 from both sides of the base end of the arm 6 on the surface of the main body 1 and a region including an upper portion of the base end and then screwed and fixed to the column 14 through the two adjoining surfaces 17A and 17B and the wall surfaces 16A and 16B, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
