PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply device reducing initial drive torque of a pump by sucking gas in an oil pan. SOLUTION: The oil supply device is used for sucking oil stored in the oil pan and supplying the same. Oil sucked by drive of a pump passes through a first suction passage and gas sucked by drive of the pump passes through a second suction passage. Gas is sucked in the second suction passage at a time of start of an internal combustion engine. Sucked oil and gas are supplied to the pump. The oil supply device positively sucks gas in the oil pan and reduces ratio of oil flow rate to total flow rate. Even if viscosity of oil is high at a time of start, rise of initial drive torque is inhibited. Shaft breakage of the pump, breakage of chain and the like can be inhibited. The oil supply device is provided with a control part controlling supply of gas to the pump and stop of supply of gas to the pump, reduces unnecessary gas supply and secure pump efficiency.
