<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape feeder that can remove a cover tape with a constant tension, even if a different peel-off strength is applied. <P>SOLUTION: This tape feeder exposes a storage component at a determined component output slot, by peeling off a cover tape from a carrier tape. This feeder has a means for removing the cover tape through the rotary driving power of the motor, and the means for removing the tape has a mechanical structure that can be provided with a torque limiter to prevent the rotary driving force from being conveyed, when a load larger than a determined torque is exerted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
