PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a second agent for oxidizing hair dyeing agents without using phenacetin and usable for a long period of time by enhancing preservation stability of hydrogen peroxide even in a system containing a cationized polymer. SOLUTION: The second agent for oxidizing hair dyeing agents contains at least the cationized polymer and hydrogen peroxide and is brought to contain≥0.15 mass% salicylic acid as a stabilizer. The content of the cationized polymer is 0.01-10.0 mass% and the content of hydrogen peroxide is≤12.0 mass% (except 0%). COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
