PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make small the area of a region on a substrate needed for wiring etc., for supplying electric power to a peripheral circuit in an electrooptical device such as a liquid crystal device and further to reduce electrostatic breakage of the peripheral circuit when static electricity is applied to an external circuit connection terminal. SOLUTION: The electrooptical device has, on the substrate, a plurality of pixel parts, a plurality of scanning lines and a plurality of data lines wired in a pixel region where a plurality of pixel parts are arrayed, a scanning line driving circuit which supplies a scanning signal to the pixel parts through the scanning lines, and an image signal supply circuit which supplies an image signal to the plurality of pixel parts through the data lines respectively. Further, the electrooptical device has a power wiring line for the scanning line driving circuit for supplying electric power of a first system to the scanning line driving circuit, a common wiring line formed commonly with at least a part of the power wiring line for the scanning line driving circuit, and a power wiring line for the image signal supply circuit for supplying electric power of a second system to the image signal supply circuit.
