PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain interference prevention and performance with balance when simultaneously implementing two radio communication methods using frequency bands which are mutually overlapped. SOLUTION: Each of communication control devices 100, 200 has means for specifying a frequency band including a main lobe and a side lobe of a frequency band to be used by a first radio communication method, and which cannot be used by a second radio communication method, means for specifying a frequency band which can be used by the second radio communication method from a frequency band which cannot be used by the second radio communication method, and means for deciding whether or not the side lobe portion of the frequency band to be used by the first radio communication method can be used by the second radio communication method in response to whether or not an available frequency band width by the second radio communication method is larger than previously determined band width. When the available frequency band width is sufficient, then use of the side lobe is to be prevented in favor of communication performance, while the use of the side lobe is to be set when the available frequency band width is not sufficient.
