<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive pressure sensor of high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: This pressure sensor 1 has a case 2 formed with an air passage 22 to communicate an outside and an inside, a pressure detecting means 3 having a detecting face part 31 for detecting pressure to be arranged inside the case under the condition where the detecting face part 31 is brought into a condition opposed to an opening part 23 and is separated with a space from the opening part 23, and a gas permeable filter 4 provided in the air passage. In the pressure sensor, high positioning precision is not required and a stress is not applied onto the pressure detecting means, by arranging no rubber packing between the pressure detecting means and the case, so as to provide the inexpensive pressure sensor of high reliability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
