PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load of server side and that of a communication network in a thin client server type of client server system. SOLUTION: A server stores distribution information and receives a distribution request for the distribution information from a terminal. The terminal determines whether the distribution information received from the server is already stored in a storage part installed in its own terminal. When the distribution information is already stored in its own storage part, the terminal displays the distribution information. If the distribution information is not stored in the storage part, the terminal notifies a distribution request for the distribution information to the sever.
