PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust cover structure of a disc brake which materializes facilitation of assembly and reduction of assembling man-hours, and allows assembly of a disk brake in the same way as a drum brake despite hardly requiring assembling space. SOLUTION: In the dust cover structure of a disk brake, a caliper 11 is fixed to an arm part 8d provided to the spindle base 8b while the base 8b of a spindle 8 is fixed to a bracket 7 provided to a trailing arm 1 and a disk rotor 10 to a hub 9 axially supported by the spindle 8. While a swollen part 12c for accommodating the spindle base 8b is formed in the midsection of a dust cover 12 for covering the disk rotor 10 from the vehicle center side, a notch part 12i along the caliper 11 is provided to the outer periphery of the dust cover 12, and the dust cover 12 is sandwiched and fixed between the bracket 7 and spindle base 8b.
