A tiller contains a frame, a post with a working element fixed thereon by means of a hinge, the possibility of moving of which around the axis of the hinge is limited by shock-absorbers. On the post a striker, a driving gear of the striker and a combing cylinder with a clickwork are additionally arranged by means of a special bracket. One of the sides of the striker is hingedly arranged on the bracket, and the other is spring-loaded as regards to the frame.
