PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle antenna system which reduces influences from glass that may be worried when an antenna is mounted on a glass surface, and in which desired antenna performance can be easily obtained without losing thinning. SOLUTION: An on-board antenna system comprises a radiation conductor 21, with which a sheet metal patch antenna 2 housed within a radome 1 is supported on a first ground conductor 20, and a second ground conductor 24. Rise-up portions 25 of the second ground conductor 24 are soldered through release holes 21b of the radiation conductor 21 to the first ground conductor 20, and an approximately cross-shaped bridging portion 26 bridging upper ends of the rise-up portions 25 is confronted to an upper surface of the radiation conductor 21.
