A thermoplastic elastomer composition which comprises (A1) an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer or (X) an oil-extended rubber, (B) a crystalline polyethylene resin, (C) a first hydrogenated block copolymer, and (D) a second hydrogenated block copolymer and may further contain (E1) a mineral-oil softener; and a molded article of the composition. The composition and molded article are excellent in rubber elasticity (compression set), mechanical strength, and moldability and are inhibited from suffering oil bleeding when the mineral-oil softener is contained therein. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007
