<p>Support belts (51) connecting a vehicle body of a motorcycle (1) and an air bag (50) are stored in storing spaces (65) which are provided on the left and right sides on the rear side of an air bag module composed of a module cover (22) and a casing (23) and which extend in the vehicle body front-rear direction. At one side on the inner side in the vehicle width direction of each belt cover (14) is provided not only with a fitting portion formed in a pawl-like shape but also with a cover stay fixed to the vehicle body side penetratingly by a clip, thereby ensuring that the belt cover (14) is less liable to be disengaged at normal time. On the other hand, at the time of inflation of the air bag (50), a brittle portion provided at a clip hole of the cover stay is ruptured when a predetermined pulling load is exerted thereon, resulting in that the belt cover (14) is developed, with its one side on the outer side in the vehicle width direction as an axis.</p> |
