A door for an LCD glass oven system and an apparatus for opening and closing the same are provided to easily maintain the sealing state of the LCD glass oven system and reduce the space for the door within the LCD glass oven system, thereby containing more glass substrates. A door(100) for an LCD glass oven system comprises a door frame. Two air packing units(110) are respectively installed at upper and lower sides of the door frame. Air inlet and outlet holes(130) are used to inject air into the air packing unit and absorb air from the air packing unit, respectively. Air inlet and outlet hoses(140) are respectively installed at the air inlet and outlet holes. The air inlet and outlet hoses are used as air passages for injecting and absorbing the air, respectively.
