摘要 Device (I), for the preparation of ammonia from solid urea-pellets present in a storage vessel (1), comprises a pellet dosing unit (7), a pellet accelerator (8), a pellet firing channel (9), a ammonia reactor (11) with an area or a zone for shooting of urea pellets, a pellet percussion wall arranged at the end of the free firing stretch, a urea evaporation device and a hydrolysis catalyst. Device (I), for the preparation of ammonia from solid urea-pellets present in a storage vessel (1), comprises a pellet dosing unit (7), a pellet accelerator (8), a pellet firing channel (9), a ammonia reactor (11) with an area or a zone for shooting of urea pellets, a pellet percussion wall arranged at the end of the free firing stretch, a urea evaporation device and a hydrolysis catalyst, where the urea pellets are removed by means of the pellet dosing unit from the storage vessel in regulated number/quantities and transported to the pellet accelerator, which is accelerated on a high speed with the internal mechanics, then from this are shooted over the pellet firing channel into the ammonia reactor and are crushable into a multiplicity of fragments at the end of the firing stretch at that there pellet percussion wall, where the pellet fragments directly excluding by means of the urea evaporation device converted into a ammonia (NH 3) and isocyanic acid (HNCO) containing gas mixture, that is leadable subsequently together with water vapor by the hydrolysis catalyst and where the isocyanic acid is converted into ammonia and carbon dioxide. An independent claim is also included for a method for the preparation of ammonia from solid urea pellets, which are provided with in a storage vessel comprising inferring the urea pellets by means of a pellet dosing unit from the storage vessel in regulated number/quantity and transporting to a pellet accelerator, accelerating with this internally mechanically on a high speed, then shooting into a pellet firing channel and over this far led into a ammonia reactor and mincing at the end of the shot stretch at a pellets-percussion wall into a multitude of fragment, where pellet fragments are converted directly excluding by means of a urea evaporation device into ammonia and isocyanic acid (HNCO) containing gas mixture, subsequently, together led with water vapor by a hydrolysis catalyst and where the isocyanic acid is converted into ammonia and carbon dioxide.
