The mixer has a push button (9) that is placed in a center of a cover of an oil tank (6). The mixer has a cylindrical shape that is adapted to that of a gas can (1) for supporting the gas can. The weight of the can acts on a cylindrical portion of the mixer for descending a sliding support (3) of the can so as to pump the tank`s oil in a blower (5). The removal of the can from the support permits springs to compress the blower which is emptied out upon the opening of a valve (10). The adjustment of springs and volume of the blower constitute a mixing with constant ratio.
