A call and a charge linked system for a handsfree are provided to enhance usage convenience by unifying a call connection and a charging interface between a portable phone and a car handsfree into a 24 pin connector which is a standard recommended by the MIC(Ministry of Information and Communication). A call and a charge linked system for a handsfree comprise a portable phone(100), a handsfree unit(200) and a 24 pin connector(4a). The portable phone(100) includes connection pins being connected to the 24 pin connector(4a). The handsfree unit(200) includes connection pins being connected to the 24 pin connector(4a) for being connected to the portable phone(100). The 24 pin connector(4a) connects the connection pins of the portable phone(100) to those of the handsfree unit(200) such that a call connection function and a charging function are concurrently performed.
