A frictional clutch for a vehicle and a prefabricated module for the same are provided to improve the performance and reliability thereof in functioning as a frictional unit by comprising a metal ring and a plastic ring. A frictional clutch for a vehicle comprises first and second guide rings(34A,34B), an annular damper plate(42), a delay action damping unit, a frictional member(62), and at least one damper(A2). The first and second guide rings are rotated in association with each other. The delay action damping unit comprises a group of delay action elastic members(46A) for transmitting torque between the guide rings and the annular damper plate, and a delay action frictional unit for distributing accumulated energy. The frictional member comprises a frictional ring(66) having at least one action lug(66P). The damper is defined by a main body of the frictional ring formed with a metal plate. The frictional member includes a plastic ring(68) connected to the metal ring as rotating. A prefabricated module is mounted to the frictional clutch, and includes the guide rings, the damper plate, and at least one delay action elastic member.
