PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tender unbattered deep fried chicken, retaining meat juice and rich in juicy feeling not only just after fried but after reheated through frying or the like after once fried and frozen.

SOLUTION: The method for producing unbattered deep fried chicken comprises making ground material of peeled banana adhere to chicken meat followed by frying the chicken meat with oil. Another version of the method for producing unbattered deep fried chicken comprises making both of pineapple ground material and banana ground material adhere to chicken meat followed by frying the chicken meat with oil. The method for producing unbattered deep fried chicken comprises a method for producing frozen unbattered deep fried chicken where the unbattered deep fried chicken is frozen.
