PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner casing provided with specially simple structure, reduced material consumption, reduced space requirements and better symmetry property. SOLUTION: The hollow cylindrical inner casing 10 is divided into a lower casing part 12 and an upper casing part 13 at a separating plane extending with passing through a casing axial line. Both casing part 12, 13 includes two over lap range positioned in a separation plane range with facing each other. Both casing parts overlap by overlap sections 17, 18 in the overlap range, and are detachably joined each other. Both casing part includes specified wall thickness d, but the casing parts in the overlap range is formed to keep total of thickness of the overlap sections 17, 18 overlapping each other roughly same as wall thickness d of both casing parts 12, 13.
