PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid filling an interior from leaking out even if a storage is damaged by abrasion due to vibrations and impact involving a drop, or damaged by hitting of something sharp. SOLUTION: The liquid storage has an impermeable base material 5 and a liquid absorbing layer 6 absorbing a liquid provided on the base material 5. Even if the storage is damaged, the liquid absorbing layer 6 prevents a leakage by absorbing the liquid leaking from the interior by forming the base material 4 as the inside and the liquid absorbing layer 6 as the outside.
