<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a player's desire for continuing playing of a game by enabling the player to challenge a stage which he cannot clear as many times as desired by accumulating the number of times of continuing while returning to a cleared stage and honing skills repeatedly even after the number of times of continuing runs out if one or more stages are cleared. <P>SOLUTION: An area of a train simulation game is selected and a train is operated by key operation by the player. In occurrence of a violating behavior, time is subtracted from a counted-down holding time. In the case of meeting a prescribed condition, time is added to bonus points, that are a holding time. When it is repeated and the area is cleared within the remaining time of the holding time, replay becomes possible in a cleared area in the area even if the number of times of continuing runs out in the other areas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
