<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine and an image display method which enable the variable display of a new decoration image. <P>SOLUTION: A game machine (100) which displays decoration figures as images corresponding to the result of the lottery based on the winning of a starter prize winning slot (112) with game balls is provided with a lottery execution part for executing the lottery and a decoration pattern image generation part for displaying the combination of a plurality of decoration patterns based on the result of the lottery.
