PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device capable of holding an oil-water separation function under various temperature conditions securely. SOLUTION: This filter device has a bag-like filter body and is attached so as to communicate an inside space in the filter body with a fuel absorption part in a fuel tank. The filter body has a multi-layered structure. At least one layer of the filter body is used as a prevention layer 10a provided with such a structure that prevents water in the fuel tank from entering its inner side by pressure acting on the filter body when the water in the fuel tank is frozen.
