PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of providing a liquid component and a solid component of a sample used in an analytical technique. SOLUTION: This method of providing an Aliquat of the sample containing the liquid component and the solid component used in the analytical technique has a step constituted to hold an Aliquat of a sample containing a liquid component and a solid component proportional to the liquid component and the solid component of the sample, and for bringing the sample into contact with an arranged sample collection device, and a step for bringing therein the sample collection device into an Aliquat holding state to provide the ant quart used in the analytical technique.
