PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor, capable of minimizing circuit resources needed without deteriorating the whole processing capability. SOLUTION: When image processing is executed using a dynamically reconfigurable device adapted so that different functions can be selectively executed by changing circuits configured by properly combining a plurality of element based on a predetermined program, the circuit configuration is recombined by a controller 20 so that circuits for executing preprocessing 50 and nonlinear conversion processing 56 which have a large number of data to be treated and need a long processing time of four processings constituting the image processing are collectively mounted on one board, and circuits for executing processings with a small number of data to be treated or a short processing time are successively independently mounted.
