A one-touch mouse is provided to connect to an Internet service company providing diverse homepages without inputting an address by scanning/transmitting a printed code or barcode to a computer and connect to the homepage by directly scanning the address of the homepage. A scanning unit, a scanning recognition chip, and a scanner switch(28) are formed to a usual mouse(20). A mouse pad(26) includes the code or barcode(22) encoding the address of diverse homepage service companies and personal homepages. If the user scans the code or barcode printed on the mouse pad by using the scanning unit formed to the mouse, the address of the scanned code or barcode is recognized and transmitted to the computer(16). The corresponding homepage is connected by using the received address.
