A dual film keypad is provided to perform various functions by applying a self-illumination function, a touch pad function, and a light waveguide function on a lower film. A dual film keypad includes two plastic films. A text or a character(12) is printed on an upper film(11). A button portion(14) is formed on a lower film(13). A hole(15) is formed on a portion around the button portion. The lower film is thicker than the upper film. Bottom surfaces of the upper film and the lower film are made of a rubber(16). A protrusion portion(17) to push a dome switch is formed on a rubber plate, such as silicon and urethane. The upper film is attached to the lower film by using an adhesive agent. The silicon rubber permeates to an interface between the upper and lower films during a rubber foaming process.
