<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable neighboring two tissues in a connected state to be efficiently regenerated by providing the neighboring tissues by separating them into the tissues optimum to regeneration of each tissue, and enabling the neighboring tissues to be cultured simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: The bilayer bioreactor has a culture chamber having a tissue-contacting part in which the different kinds of the tissues are contacted and arranged, and medium-flowing parts divided by the tissue-contacting part, and a circulation mechanism part for flowing and circulating the medium to the medium-flowing parts. The bioreactor cultures the tissues having hierarchical structure at the tissue-contacting part while circulating each different kind of medium in each of the medium-flowing parts by the action of the circulation mechanism part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
