<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of unstableness of ultrasonic wave transmission and receive characteristics caused by variation of adhesive strength in an adhesive step where beads of contamination/blast remain on an adhesive face although chemical etching, sandblasting and the like are performed conventionally in surface treatment for the adhesive surface, when a metallic member is bonded with the piezoelectric body of the ultrasound transducer. <P>SOLUTION: The metallic member face, to which the piezoelectric material is bonded, is irradiated with laser, so the adhesive surface is roughened uniformly without leaving beads of contamination/blast and the like. Then, the adhesive strength is made stable, and transmission and reception characteristics of ultrasonic wave can be stabilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
