PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin connection structure of a brake disc capable of effectively reducing the weight, while maintaining high strength. SOLUTION: A hub 3 is concentrically arranged inside a braking rotor 2 and an insertion hole is formed by matching semicircular recessed parts 23, 24 for connection provided respectively on the inner peripheral surface of the braking rotor end and the outer peripheral surface of the hub, and a hollow pin 4 is inserted into an insertion pin to connect the braking rotor and the hub by caulking one end of a columnar part 43 of the hollow pin. Part of the columnar part of the hollow pin 4 punched and abutting on part of a shearing face of the braking rotor has a larger wall thickness, and at the same time, the center hole of the hollow pin is tapered to increase the diameter toward the end to the one end of the columnar part from the larger wall thickness face 43a and at least the end peripheral face of the center hole is shaped in a convex curvature face.
