<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheet sucked on a upper die from being bored by the pressure increase between the upper die and a lower die during lamination and pressing operations. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for lamination is provided with an upper die 10 having sucking holes 11, which suck the sheet 40a, and transporting the sheet 40a, a lower die 20, which laminates the sheet 40a transported by the upper die 10, and a means for exhausting the air between the upper die 10 and the lower die 20 at a central part of a facing plane of the upper die 10 and the lower die 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
