PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing a reinforcement member wherein the reinforcement member can be removed from a molding drum without contacting the molding drum with the reinforcing member, a method of manufacturing the reinforcing member, and a method of manufacturing an air bladder. SOLUTION: The reinforcing member is removed from the molding drum 25 by reducing an outer diameter of a crown part 31 of the molding drum 25 in comparison to an inner diameter of a skirt part 15 when the skirt part 15 sags in a radial and inner direction of the reinforcing member 9 in shrinkage of the molding drum 25 in accordance with a previously determined sagging amount (c) for the skirt part 15 to sag in the radial and inner direction of the reinforcing member 9.
