PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus wherein signals can stably be transmitted among circuit boards with an enhanced degree of arrangement and assembling of each member. SOLUTION: A wireless unit 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b, 5b or 6b is used as required to carry out wireless communication for transmitting/receiving signals such as a control signal and a data signal among a main controller 1a mounted on a main board 1, a scanner controller 2a mounted on a scanner board 2, a printer controller 3a mounted on a printer board 3, a panel controller 4a mounted on an operation board 4, an NCU controller 5a mounted on an NCU board 5, and a power supply controller 6a mounted on a power supply circuit board 6.
