PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomb which is excellent in earthquake resistance, and to provide a tomb assembly using the same. SOLUTION: The tomb is formed at least of an upper-stage portion 10 and a lower-stage portion 30. The lower-stage portion 30 includes at least two side wall stones 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d which form a lower-stage columbarium 31, and fixing members 36a, 36b which are arranged across connection areas between the side wall stones 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d, for connecting between ends of the side wall stones 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d, respectively.
