PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual packaging body for a sanitary tampon for taking in and out a tampon hygienically. SOLUTION: The individual package 30 for a sanitary tampon includes a bag body 31 having the length direction, the lateral direction, a bottom part 35 mutually separated in the length direction, and an opening part 34, and the sanitary tampon 100 accommodated in the bag body 31 and has a finger insertion part 43 to open the opening part 34 in the neighborhood of the opening part 34.
