ACCESS DEVICE FOR PREVENTING TRANSMISSION OF COPYRIGHTED CONTENT TO EXTERNAL NETWORK AND METHOD FOR SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access device and method for preventing transmission of copyrighted contents to an external network.

SOLUTION: The access device of the present invention includes: a packet-header analyzer for analyzing a header of a packet received from a home network device using DTCO-over-IP protocol; a copyrighted-content sensor for detecting whether or not the packet includes copyrighted contents; an address converter for conversion into an IP address on the external network; a mapping-table generator for generating a mapping table for generating a mapping table; and a packet transmitter for transmitting the packet to the external network. The packet transmitter blocks transmission of the copyrighted contents to discard the packet to the external network if the copyrighted-content sensor detects that the packet includes the copyrighted contents.
