PURPOSE: A pc based virtual image providing device and a providing method thereof are provided to easily perform a performance test evaluation of various modules of a target detection/recognition/tracing/panorama synthesize device indoors. CONSTITUTION: A virtual image generating unit(110) generates a virtual image for algorithm development or performance test of a target detection/recognition/tracing/panorama synthesize device. An image format converting unit(120) converts an image format of the outputted virtual image into a camera-link format. A virtual image transmitting unit(130) transmits the converted virtual image to the target detection/recognition/tracing/panorama synthesize device. |
