PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propulsive box body capable of simply constructing a tunnel including a curved line shape at a low cost, a construction method of a tunnel having the curved line shape making use of the propulsive box body and a construction method for the tunnel with a large cross section having the curved line shape making use of a plurality of tunnels arranged by the construction method of the tunnel. SOLUTION: The propulsive box body 10 equipped with body sections 11 as cylindrical members each formed in a shape of a trapezoid having a length L2 on the inner side to the curvi-lineal of the curvi-linear section shorter than a length L1 on the outer side in a plan view and a fixed jig 13 placed at the cutting face side of the body section 11 in a linear section and maintaining the width L3 of a triangular space (notch 12) in a plan view between the adjoining other box bodies is continuously placed in the ground by a pipe jacking method.
