<p>The body has a recess (19) for retaining a unit (16) e.g. piezoelectric actuator, made of a material that is different from Invar alloy. The material has approximately same thermal expansion coefficient as the Invar alloy, where the housing body is made of the Invar alloy. A cavity (24) is manufactured by a metal cutting process e.g. drilling, milling, grinding or honing, and acts upon normal with a fluid with high pressure. The cavity is hydraulically coupled for supplying the fluid with a high pressure circle of fluid.
