A cover opening/closing rail device for a multimedia function lecture desk is provided to make a multistage rail be folded and unfolded at inside of a guide rail to make the exterior thereof beautiful. The cover opening/closing rail device for a multimedia function lecture desk includes a guide rail frame(11), an inserting recess(17) of an operation chamber, a mounting hole(19) of a mounting frame(18), a multistage rail(23), a moving support tool(30), a stop member(33) and a stopper(20). The inside of the guide rail frame(11) is divided into an operation chamber and an upper plate mounting portion(13). In the multistage rail(23), a middle moving rail and an outer moving rail(25) are folded/unfolded. The multistage rail(23) is installed at the inside of the operation chamber. The stop member(33) is installed at the bottom of the moving support tool.
