A butterfly damper is provided to improve reliability and productivity of the same by precisely machining a valve seat formed of grand packing element. A butterfly damper includes a body part(30) connected to a tubular way and having a guide rim part(301) protruded from an inner peripheral surface, and a rotation shaft(40) penetrating the body part and mounted therein rotatively. A blade(42) is supported rotatively by the rotation shaft in a dual-eccentric structure. A valve seat(32) is formed of a flexible element to surface-contact the blade and attached to a surface of the guide rim part. A cover ring(34) is attached to the guide rim part to be fixed to the guide rim part in close contact.
