An infinite power generating apparatus is provided to generate energy to maximize rotating force by moving a float only through buoyancy until the float arrives a predetermined point. A piston moves in A-direction by a water pressure, and draws a rope(k) connected to the piston. A float(a) moves by rotating at an angle of 90 degrees, since the rope is connected to the float. A roller is arranged to assist the movement of the rope, and an end of the roller and a center of the piston are arranged at a line to prevent generation of eccentricity. When the piston moves in A-direction, an oil tank is compressed and the rope at A-point is loosened so that the float is transformed without interference.
