A UP-BOARD STRUCTURE OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD THEREOF

An upper substrate structure of a plasma display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to directly form a bus electrode on the substrate by forming a material containing silver and B2O3 as the bus electrode. An upper substrate structure includes a substrate and plural bus electrodes(220) formed by patterning an electrode material at a predetermined position on a lower portion of the substrate. The electrode material contains silver and B2O3. A black matrix(230) is formed on the lower portion of the substrate to define the bus electrodes forming one pixel. An upper dielectric layer is formed on a lower portion of the black matrix to accumulate an electric charge generated at plasma discharge.
