#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves using an ultrasound nebulizer e.g. oscillating chip, for diffusing a sterilization agent into a sterilizable unit to be decontaminated, and an automaton for controlling a mobile unit for transporting the sterilization agent towards the unit. A sterilization agent tank is disposed for supplying the nebulizer. The sterilization agent is sterilized either in vapor in case of an opened enclosure, or in partial or complete recycling of vapor for a premise or an enclosure. A ventilation system is disposed for propelling the agent in the form of aerosol. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for diffusing a sterilization agent e.g. thermo labile product, in order to microbiologically decontaminate and sterilize a sterilizable unit e.g. peracetic acid or hydrogen peroxide bulla, operating block, clean room, microbiological safety station, premises such as pharmaceutical industry and ward, and other opened or closed enclosures (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method allows automatically and easily diffusing the sterilization agents on the sterilizable unit to be decontaminated without using heating elements and a compressed air nozzle and an operator.
